Job Details:
Minimum 3 years experience required
Under supervision of the Director of Patient and Guest Relations, coordinates the Patient Advocacy Program, Translation Services and Interpreters for the Deaf & Hard of Hearing. Responsible for promoting a safe environment for our patients, employees and visitors by assuring compliance with safety policies, training, accountability and participation in our patient and family centered care committee as well as working closely with our customer service specialist.
Qualifications/Competencies:
Bachelors degree preferred.
3 years experience preferred.
Excellent oral andwritten communications skillsrequired.
Good organizational skills required.
Proficiency in a suite of Microsoft Office applications.
