The Role:
Volunteer Services Coordinator This position organizes and coordinates the activities and flow of work for Volunteer Services.
The Opportunity:
MaineGeneral Health is currently seeking an exceptional Volunteer Services Coordinator to join our team.

The Work:
Conducts recruitment, selection, and training of volunteers in the clinical and nonclinical settings.
Coordinates the schedules and daily activities of volunteers.
Prioritizes multiple tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
Delegates and assigns work commensurate with knowledge, skill and experience, and ensures the work is performed appropriately.
Facilitates the development, implementation and evaluation of program or area services and initiatives.
Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to assist with problem identification and resolution, implementation of new services, and performance measures.
Communicates the goals and programs of the hospital to the community.
Develops and assists with fundraising efforts to enhance facilities, equipment, and services.
You Have:
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work well with others.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
Proven and demonstrated critical thinking skills.
