We are looking for Independent Contractors/Vendor Partners in your area to assist with our current client customers and their IT Support needs.

Job Description - Field Service Technicians are dispatched to sites that require technical troubleshooting related to networking and systems engineering, cabling, and typical desktop/workstation support for end users.
Responsibilities- The Field Service Technician will report to dispatch who will provide specific details about the subsequent service call to perform work at a client location.
Upon arrival, the technician will check in with the client and begin the process of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and ultimately resolving the technical issue per the work order.
During the process you will document the work done and provide outstanding customer service to the end users on site.
Afterwards, the technician is responsible for documenting what was done in our Autotask system including time spent, notes, and pictures (if applicable).
Once work is completed and finalized through our Autotask system, you will compensated for the work performed via submitting an invoice for payment.
Skill Requirements - As a Field Service Technician you should be familiar with the following areas.
Not all of these skills are hard requirements, but they should give you a representative idea of the type of work you will be expected to perform in.
Windows Operating System Networking TCP/IP DNS LAN/WAN OSI Layers 1-7 Uninterruptable Power Supplies Office 365 Suite Switches, Routers, Firewalls Active Directory & Exchange VoIP Phones Access Control (Smart Locks) Additional Information - If you have relevant skills that are not listed above, please let us know via email.
We compensate you by the hour as well as for your travel time.
We are currently only seeking freelance technicians that are available during business hours.
