Responsibilities:
The Office for Family Independence (OFI) supports the Maine Care, Food Supplement, TANF and ASPIRE programs.
Agency uses an integrated system called ACES to determine the eligibility and benefits for all these programs.
Candidate will be querying data directly from the schematic of ACES development and reporting environments Candidate is expected to act as a subject matter to successfully extract the data from ACES to meet the requirements of the data request and expected to help extract the requirements from the requestor by asking clarifying questions and summarizing the results via email for confirmation to build the report from.
As part of the Data Team, Candidate will have the expertise and support of the MA-II to assist in this process.
Agency is expecting candidate to maintain the Kofax Insight Dashboard, it will be Candidate's responsibility to extract and aggregate data from the ACES system into the Dashboard.
Minimum Requirement of the Candidate:
Agency is looking for someone who has good communication skills, who can meet deadlines and someone who is willing to dig into the problem and help figure it out.
