Programmer 5(Logistics Coordinator) :: Augusta, ME

This person would track incoming orders, receive them into inventory and pick parts for technicians when jobs require stock from the inventory.
This person would also manage the fishbowl inventory system, adding and removing stock items in the software as new devices enter circulation or devices are retired.
This person would assist management in establishing min/max requirements and maintain those by reporting stock needs and purchase requests to management for review and execution.
This position would be 40 hours a week on prem at Augusta at 45 commerce with the potential for travel to aux warehouse.
Candidate would have to pass a state of Maine background check for purpose for employment.
Prep Work:
The Prep Work position includes skills in our Picking, Packing, and Returns departments.
Collecting orders for the warehouse, packing them for shipment, and helping prep returned items for restocking.
Skill 1 organization Skill 2 data management Skill 3 data entry Basic math and ability to understand, speak and read basic English Familiarity of Outlook email, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word applications.
Familiarity with dedicated asset tracking software is desired, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and /or change tasks frequently Pick - Use a hand-held scanner and mobile task device, collect selected units into lots for technician delivery Able to perform basic and repetitive computer functions alone with ability to learn new computer systems Bending and reaching; lift and push 50lbs Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and /or change tasks frequently Basic math and ability to understand, speak, and read basic English.
Delivery/Receiving - Retrieve delivery, verify orders, read and confirm shipping documents, and pack orders.
Basic math and ability to understand, speak and read basic English.
Experienced using computers, familiar with Windows based applications, able to learn new applications quickly.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and /or change tasks frequently.
Material Handler- Safely and accurately perform a variety of material transfer functions.
Repetitive handling and lifting of cases, up to 50 lbs.
Stack pallets and move workstation replenishment supplies.
Basic math and ability to understand, speak, and read basic English.
Able to perform basic computer functions alone.
Bend, lift, grab, reach and squat, repeatedly.
Climb ladders and stairs Pull pallet jack.
Returns Processing - Read handwritten English or printed text instructions verifying type of return.
Navigate through multiple computer systems and screens to process items back to inventory.
Ability to quickly assess and determine how best to complete the return is critical.
Demonstrate above average computer skills, familiar with Windows based applications, able to learn new applications quickly.
Basic math and ability to understand, speak and read basic English.
