On-Call Hospice Nurse
Job Description nOn-Call Hospice Nurse nHybrid Remote Full-time with benefitsn
Responsibilities:
nn7 days on / 7 days off.
5pm-8amnRespond to needs throughout entire service area.
nTriage all after hour and weekend calls.
nPatient emergency visits and pronouncements as necessary.
nProviding nursing care as needed including specialized skills.
nAssessing needs and communicating significant findings, problems, patient's or family's needs.
nCommunicate effectively with agency staff.
nnRequirements:
nnValid Registered Nurse (RN) licensenHospice experiencenValid Driver's License, auto insurance and reliable transportationnExcellent observation, problem solving and communication skillsnCompassion and integritynComfortable with End-of-Life Carennnn n Recommended Skills Certified Nurse Practitioner Communication Hospice Problem Solving Receptive Transportation Management Apply to this job.
