gov/jobs/1061428 Senior EndowmentAccountant - REMOTEOur client, a private college located in Boston, MA, is seeking a SeniorEndowment Accountant to join their team! This role will report to theDirector of Accounting and handle the endowment accounting to supporttheir year-end close.
This position will be responsible for theaccounting workflow for gift and scholarship accounting.
This is a fullyremote position but must be able to work EST hours.
Responsibilities:
- Reconciliations - pledge receivable account, balance sheet account, advancement clearing account, gift net asset roll forward for the FY24 in excel- Create new temporary and endowed gifts and new scholarship codes- Reconcile endowed contributions- Create and book journal entries
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or related field- 6
