Your objectives include positioning symplr's highly ratedClinical Communications software offering as a leader, supporting thefield and growth marketing organizations while increasing market sharethrough driving up competitive win rates.
The successful candidate will be a clinician with healthcare marketingexperience.
You will have worked with customer facing teams to enablethem to speak to our product vision and value, incorporating the voiceof the customer into all that your team does.
In this role, you will be responsible for the alignment between keystakeholders in Marketing, Product Management, and Sales.
It's important for the Sr.
PMM to know our competitors like the back ofyour hand:
what they do today and what they plan to do in the future,SWOT analysis, how they price their portfolio, how they position theirsolutions to their target audiences, our competitive strengths etc.
ThePMM will also want to know our buyers better than they know themselves,including how they make their buying decisions.
Take out the guessworkby backing up strategic insights with market evidence and then use thatknowledge to drive the development of positioning and messaging thatresonates with buyers and empowers our sales channels to be successful.
Attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to this role'ssuccess, along with an ability to grasp and present our product's valueproposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solveour customer's problems.
It is imperative to track performance and havethe data to prove what's working and what isn't, and feed thisinformation back into the product, marketing and sales teams.
In addition to the Marketing team, the Sr.
PMM will regularlycollaborate with Leadership, Product Managers/Owners, and Sales tofoster audience identification, buyer needs, and messaging; alignmentwith corporate marketing and campaign teams on themes, contentarchitecture and execution.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesGo-to-market:
- Support marketing strategy, sales enablement and launch plans for new releases, messaging, content and thought leadership in support of new releases- Communicate priority sales motions and bookings goals, targeted personas, unique value proposition and messaging to growth marketing so the latter can create and execute demand gen campaignsProduct launches:
- Execute the launches of new products, bundles, suites, and feature releases for existing products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan- Product messaging & positioning:
Collaborate with product management and marketing leadership to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyersValue proposition:
- Help develop clear and compelling value propositions that address customer outcomes- Market intelligence:
Be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria- Build a strong network of internal and external subject matter experts to accelerate your understanding of the marketplace and support your goalsCompetitive landscape:
- Be an expert on our competition, what they are working on, and how they are positioned- Understands how personas intersect across our portfolio of offerings, their impact on messaging and campaign themesBuyer expertise:
- Understand and document our buyer's journey, incl ding where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make.
Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learnVoice of customer:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
