Overview:
Join our team as a Physician Assistant conducting comprehensive health assessments during home visits, skilled facility visits, and telehealth sessions. This unique opportunity allows you to make a significant impact on patient care, emphasizing preventive strategies and closing multiple care gaps with each visit.
Responsibilities:
Conduct Adult/Geriatric Assessments, medical history, diagnosis, and treatment Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, and other medical personnel Work in various environments including home visits, skilled facilities, and telehealth Requirements:
Master's Degree or commensurate experience Current PA licensure in the state of practice Board certified by NCCPA Minimum of 1 year experience as a Physician Assistant BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR software Positive and outgoing personality, flexibility with frequent change Travel Requirements:
Ability to travel with a valid state driver's license and access to a car
