Details of the Position:
- Role:
Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time, W2) - A minimum of 2 days/week preferred, can work Sun.

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive in-home health risk assessments. - Laptop and equipment provided
- Compensation:
- $90 per completed visit
- $25 no-show fees
- Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate after the first 35 miles traveled daily
- Timeline:
- Onboarding and training targeted for completion by mid-April
- Program launch targeted for early May
- Locations:
Maine (Membership resides in Cumberland, Androscoggin, Kennebec, Knox, Somerset, and Penobscot Counties)
