Position Title: Project Manager
Location: Augusta, ME
Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Required
Qualifications:
Information technology Project Management experience
Demonstrated Scrum Master experience with Agile development methodologies and processes (Scrum in particular)
Strong Agile Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) experience required
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in facilitation, coaching, and process ownership
Experience with homeland security or similar missions
Bachelor's degree
Project Management experience, Scrum experience, agile experience, experience with the State Gov or Federal Gov preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
