Hours: per diem, hours needed: Mon-Sat 4:30pm-7:30p, Sun 11-2pm
Job Details:
Provides assistance in all dining functions as directed/instructed by the Executive Chef/Food Service Manager and in accordance with established dining policies and procedures.
Qualifications/Competencies:
High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) is preferred
Up to 1 year of experience is preferred
General knowledge in use of food services' tools, equipment and materials
Knowledge in food services' practices and procedures
Awareness of proper safety techniques;
Interpersonal skills and interest in working with senior population
