Minimum 1 year experience preferred
RN - SHINE is an opportunity for the RN to orient and train in multiple areas of the organization, to develop skill and to identify a great fit between RN and unit!
The RN has accountability and resonsbility for clnical decision making and coordination of a patient''s care during as assigned shift or throughout the length of stay on a unit. He/She provides nursing services to patients and families in accordance with the scope of practice as defined by the MaineState Board of Nursing. In addition, abides by the principles of Relationship Based Care and the Clnnical Practice Model Framework in order to achieve Patient and Family Centered Care as defined by MGMC.
