As a senior level Travel Counselor will plan and book all details of travel for onsite customer, according to the client travel policy as well as American Express policies and procedures. This role will ensure VIP level customer service through effective use of the Apollo GDS and associated tools as well as online navigation and support, while maintaining excellent telephone service techniques and prompt replies to emails. The candidate will handle domestic and international travel related requests and process air, hotel, car, limo reservations, as well as small groups and meetings. and counsel clients on efficient routes, lowest available fares, passport and visa requirements, exchange rates and American Express travel products and services to ensure optimum customer service through effective use of computer systems and positive telephone techniques; act on special customer requests and maintain excellent client relations. This role will act as a customer liaison between client corporation and client contracted , American Express preferred suppliers. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: VIP reconfirmations, customer service issue research, follow-up and resolution; ARC processing/reporting (voids, refunds and exchanges); monitoring the WIL and MAX; researching debit memos, and special projects as needed. Responsible for the timely and accurate servicing of American Express Business Travel arrangements for corporate client.
## Qualifications
Requires 2
years of corporate travel counselor experience.
An outstanding customer service focus.
Strong international and domestic travel counseling skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong Teamwork and flexibility.
Knowledge of American Express operations (including Pont of Sale and back office tools and accounting).
Flexibility to work any shift as needed; office hours 8:30am - 6pm ET -
Able to work in a fast paced environment, and multi task.
Ability to work autonomously and independently, combined with creative problem solving skills.
Some PC and office equipment troubleshooting skills helpful.
MS Word and MS Excel Skills desirable.

Dedicated work space must be within own residence and that follows the ergonomic and safety guidelines for performing travel counselor duties
Axcess@Home Agent is responsible for supplying their own furniture; desk with lockable drawer or separate lockable file cabinet, chair, document shredder, smoke detector in proximity of work area, and fire extinguisher
Axcess@Home Agent must complete Flexible Work Arrangement Application and Agreement
Axcess@Home Agent must complete and meet the requirements of the Work Environment and Safety Assessment
High speed internet capability with at least 10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload speeds: DSL or Cable (no wireless or satellite ISP's are permitted)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
