Overview of Job Function:
The Customer Services Consultant (CSC) is an inside sales and support role with responsibility for managing quoting for services opportunities up to as defined by company
The CSC will work closely with both Account Executives and directly with customers to qualify, scope and develop proposals which ensure successful and profitable services engagements for Verint. The CSC will also be responsible for developing SOW's, creating order documents and managing the sales to service transition process.
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
Qualify, scope and develop custom and standard service pricing to the assigned sales region based on customer requirements. Work with Practice Directors and Services Subject Matter Experts (SME) as necessary to ensure service pricing is accurately captured.
Work closely with sales (KAM and AE's) to develop value propositions in order that customers understand the value of the services being presented as part of the quote.
Engage with customers to qualify technical and business needs in order that complexity and project risk is identified and an accurate customer quote can be created and positioned.
Participate on customer calls to develop project pricing. The CSC will be responsible for understanding and capturing the solution and to document the deliverables for service transition.
Provide complete documents (SOW's, diagrams, etc.) to transition to the PM.
Review and approve the final Order Documentation creation: Approve the pricing and provide service description.
Partner with the project management department on a quarterly basis to update and add new service lines items as required. Make recommendations to any pricing changes required or add new as required.
Work to ensure that the SOW templates are up to date and make recommendations for any changes or new requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience.
Five (5) years' experience implementing software or technology systems industry.
Five (5) years direct selling experience with demonstrated ability to exceed assign sales quotas
Product and application knowledge with high level Implementation delivery.
Customer interface skills. Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner and ability to prepare and present custom services in a project plan format.
Prior technical writing experience with the ability to capture relevant SOW details.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite-Ability to capture service pricing in current tools that flow to the service organization.
Prior experience managing multiple projects.
Proven ability to capture business requirements and price accurately.
Working knowledge of a CRM software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to maintain professionalism at all time.
Clear understanding of a service solution with the ability to articulate how and why the solution was priced out.
Good decision making and problem solving skills - ability to make sound judgments.
The role holder will be expected to travel up to 70%.
Successful completion of Verint background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, and SS verification.
Preferred Knowledge, skills and Experience:
Prior experience with pricing software and service implementations strongly preferred.
Prior experience working with Oracle and .
Working knowledge of Verint product suite, highly desirable.
Prior system implementation of call center products.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
