Overview of Job Function:
The Sr. Director will manage a global team providing business process management leadership for all enterprise applications throughout the Company. This executive must have significant experience in designing and managing business process transformation, preferably in a high tech, complex global organization. This role will also work closely with the Company's senior management in the Global Business Lines to understand their needs and identify application solutions to address them. This executive will be responsible for forming a new business analyst team whose charter will be to liaison between business leaders and IT and drive business process change in the enterprise.
Technology & Business Competencies:
Strong business process transformation capability with deep experience in leading process change and representing the business requirements and validating the technology solutions to ensure they meet the business need.
Experience with Front and Back office Operations of Software Industry in order to lead the business leaders through process change to align with standard flows of Oracle and Sales force
Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle E-business Suite (preferably R12) and , including global implementation and business transformation
The ability to work collaboratively with diverse functions and levels within the organization including the C-level
Keen business acumen with the ability to plan and manage a global budget
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven success leading the business without formal authority in defining requirements and implementing business solutions
Leadership & Organizational Competencies:
Strong leadership skills demonstrated in guiding and developing a global team
Proven collaboration capabilities with the ability move fluidly between leading teams from both business and IT and being a strong team player
Comprehensive experience in senior level IT management for enterprise level organizations
Proven ability to lead IT organizations through change, critical growth, and continuous improvement while ensuring stability in times of transition
Achievement of performance excellence through team development with a firm commitment to individual empowerment through ownership
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum undergraduate degree in technology or business discipline
10+ years experience in leading Front and Back office operations of Software Industry with close interaction with IT in aligning business processes to standard I
15+ years experience in the IT field with primary focus on Oracle and applications
7+ years' experience in managing business process transformation
10+ years' experience managing large PMO offices and driving IT governance
Proven experience with working with business in defining ROI for prioritization of work-intake and helping validate realization of benefit after the project completion
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with C-level executives.
Ability to travel up to 25%
Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, and Social Security verification.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
