Overview of Job Function:
The Front-end Tools Team Lead Software manages a suite of internal and customer-facing tools that comprise our Enterprise Risk Management Fraud platform. Will be designing and building scalable, highly available and robust solutions that are focused on our Customer's needs. The team lead works closely with product management to understand and define tools requirements, then works with a team of technical sw engineering resources to design and implement. This is a hand-on technical role with latitude for independent judgment and decision-making within defined guidelines.
Principal Duties and Essential
Responsibilities:
Contributes to UI and product design, SW design, and development;
Collaborates with internal users of our tools, understanding their workflow, and thinking about what tools would help make their jobs easier;
Coordinates between team members and actively project manages all the deliveries of the front-end SW team;
Manages and maintains project plans;
Ability to perform root cause analysis;
Evaluates results within stakeholders to determine if organizational objectives are being met;
Analyzes and resolves software development issues and needs in terms of the software''s full life cycle;
Assists with management decisions and activities; supervises the work of individual contributors.
Performs hands-on software design and development.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical engineering degree required;

years of software design and development of production code;
3
years of experience in similar function and role preferably in a team lead and management capacity;
Solid experience with Python and/or Java;
Good knowledge of HTML5 (bootstrap), jQuery, and JavaScript;
Experience with Python based web frameworks (e.g. flask/pylons);
Linux or Unix OS experience;
Ability to manage multiple tasks across projects; Adheres to strict deliverable deadlines while able to multi-task;
Works under minimal supervision;
Successful completion of Verint background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, and SS verification;
Successful completion of credit check and drug test also required for roles, like this, which require working with sensitive customer PII data.

Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and parallel projects;
