Job summary:
The Director of Knowledge Management, Enablement and Methodology ("the Director") is responsible for growing revenue and profitability of Verint Educational Services. The Director partners with Business Development to sell enablement solutions. In addition, the Director leads the continued development of Verint Technical, Project Management, Consulting and Product Support resources. The Director ensures that the Consulting Services organization employs standard project management practices for planning, scheduling and tracking and controlling projects.
The Director facilitates change and ensures that tools and processes are in place throughout the organization for the clear knowledge transfer to occur across Sales, Delivery and Support.
Essential Job Functions:
Develop and implement, improve and carry out projects and/or program processes, policies, and procedures to ensure superior performance throughout Consulting Services
Accountable for functional success criteria, Key Performance Indicators & business dashboards
Lead Certification process for clients and channel partners
Oversee and refine content lifecycle management standards
Establish project audit procedures
Measure effectiveness of Consulting Services programs through testing, application of the learning and increased productivity and job effectiveness
(Co)-lead customer excellence initiatives to ensure uniform implementation of customer experience improvements
Minimum Requirements:
12+ years working experience in customer-focused organizations with at least 10 years' experience working on Knowledge Management, Methodology, Enablement and initiatives
Established leader in Knowledge Management with history of innovation in consulting/high tech industry with proven ability to deliver on strategic and tactical business objectives
Business Process methodology experience
Advanced knowledge of program management, project management methodology
Financial management skills, including project P&L; management
Extensive experience with Customer Relationship Management and enablement resulting in loyal customers
Proven ability to write business cases outlining ROI and other financial metrics in detail
Familiarity of certification management process

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
