The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Ryan White (Part C), Early Intervention Services (EIS) Project and Case Management services. The Manager will oversee contracts, budgets, staffing and grant reporting. She/he will work with the Program Medical Director and area providers to implement and manage enhanced primary health care treatment for HIV-positive clients, referrals and case management services.
Qualifications/Competencies:
Valid Driver's License required
Bachelor's degree, required
Master's degree in Social Work, Public Health, Public Administration or Business Administration, preferred
3 years or more with experience preferred in health service delivery (community based clinical settings in program development), experience working with community coalitions, familiarity with grants management and reporting requirements.
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and word processing)
Demonstrated ability to work within/between varying public and private organizational entities
Mastery of principles of program development and group process.
Understanding of processes attendant to continuing professional education.
Excellent program-solving skills, with ability to work independently.
Well-developed sense of humor.
Must have confident and effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to react calmly, objectively and effectively in emergency situations.

Excellent leadership and human relations skills required to lead and direct staff.

Requires the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
