Job Details:

Acts as a physician practice project manager and facilitator for the health system by managing operationally-focused projects, facilitating process improvement and workflow functions, providing interim practice management and meeting other related needs as requested. Works in close collaboration with physician practice senior leadership team, Information Technology team, practice Clinical Quality Improvement managers, practice administrators/site managers, and medical directors.
Qualifications/Competencies

Lean certification preferred, project manager certification preferred

Bachelor's degree, Business, Management, Finance or related field preferred
5 years or more of relevant experience, which shall include a minimum of 3 years of progressive and relevant experience in a multi-specialty environment, requiring knowledge of physician practice systems and operations, knowledge of fiscal management and human resource management techniques, and knowledge of healthcare administration systems, governmental regulation and compliance requirements preferred
Other Special Skills
Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, systems and objectives preferred
Skills in organizing, planning and leadership preferred
Skills in exercising initiative, judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making preferred
Skills in developing and maintaining effective relationships with medical and administrative staff, patients, and the public preferred
Skills in analyzing and interpreting complex data and preparing comprehensive reports or proposals preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both oral and written preferred
Proficiency in a suite of Microsoft Office applications: including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
