Description:
Provides technical assistance, support, and advice to end users. Investigates and resolves computer software and hardware problems of users. Strong communication skills; both written and spoken. Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the help desk. Report issues to the client for escalation.
Required / Desired Skills
Prior Help Desk Experience (Required 2 Years)
Experience supporting Windows (Required 2 Years)
Experience supporting Apple Devices (Required 2 Years)
MS Office - advanced knowledge (Required 2 Years)
Previous experience with Local, State, or Federal government a plus (Highly Desired 1 Years)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
