The Global Client Services Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional service to a portfolio of our most prestigious Global and Multinational Clients. This is achieved through the leadership of a team of up to 15 direct reports who manage incoming support requests from our Client Key Contacts in an efficient and effective manner. Exceptional service delivery to our Client Key Contacts plays a critical role in Client Satisfaction, growth and retention.
The Ideal Candidate possess the following:
o Business Travel Knowledge is an asset.
oMust be passionate and experienced people leader who enjoys helping direct reports achieves their full potential; 2 years in a formal leadership role is required.
oExperience influencing other departments without direct authority, driving the business forward to meet client needs.
oExperience with P&L cost center and was accountable for continual improvements in cost, driving efficiency and executing ongoing reengineering projects are assets.
oThe ability to partner with Account Development Managers to design and deliver compelling solutions for clients.
oThe candidate must thrive in continual change, and enjoy coaching their team to do the same.
oProven ability to lead Customer Service functions, often complex processes which require a passion for solving problems and has a discipline to understand both details and big picture.
o Global experience and client support is a plus.
o MBA or equivalent degree is a plus.

oDedicated work space must be within own residence and that follows the ergonomic and safety guidelines for performing travel counselor duties
oAxcess@HomeAgent is responsible for supplying their own furniture; desk with lockable drawer or separate lockable file cabinet, chair, document shredder, smoke detector in proximity of work area, and fire extinguisher
oAxcess@HomeAgent must complete Flexible Work Arrangement Application and Agreement
oAxcess@HomeAgent must complete and meet the requirements of the Work Environment and Safety Assessment
oHigh speed internet capability with at least 10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload speeds: DSL or Cable (no wireless or satellite ISP's are permitted)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
