o Primary contact for multiple Middle Market Global accounts
o Provide Global Service Metrics for each account
o Provide Global Travel program support and general business travel expertise
o Support Global Implementation processes for products and services
o Gathers and shares best practices across clients, segments and the network
o Uses analytical and creative approach to condense large amounts of information into a clear, concise, and effective format
o Drives results by operating with a sense of urgency, employing effective time management to deliver results
o Facilitates escalated requests to other support teams to drive end to end resolution of issues
o Ability to work well across Global organizational boundaries, build relationships and collaborate with others to drive results

The Ideal Candidate will posses the following:
o Experience with supporting Global Accounts
o 3 years of corporate travel experience is required
o Possess extensive customer service skills
o Must be highly organized
o Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint ,Outlook and Salesforce are assets
o Ability to work in a team environment
o Manage multiple priorities with good time management skills
o Ability to prioritize requests based on Client Manager and Client needs in order to deliver on expectations
o Understand and effectively utilize Global Business Travel tools and products such as @work, Sharepoint, Travelforce, Medallia, CTE,etc.; all are highly preferred
o Experience with implementing Products such as PTA, Trackpoint, Tripcase
o Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Set expectations with Clients and Client Managers to manage work flow
o Collaborate with other department teams such as MI, American Express Global Product Support (AGPS), Service Delivery, across regions
o Knowledge of PRDS Rate Loading process
o Basic online booking tool knowledge
o GDS knowledge
Due to the business needs, this position will require flexibility in schedule.
Axcess@Home Requirements:
Dedicated work space must be within own residence and that follows the ergonomic and safety guidelines for performing travel counselor duties
Axcess@Home Agent is responsible for supplying their own furniture; desk with lockable drawer or separate lockable file cabinet, chair, document shredder, smoke detector in proximity of work area, and fire extinguisher
Axcess@Home Agent must complete Flexible Work Arrangement Application and Agreement
Axcess@Home Agent must complete and meet the requirements of the Work Environment and Safety Assessment
High speed internet capability with at least 10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload speeds: DSL or Cable (no wireless or satellite ISP's are permitted)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
