Job Responsibilities:
o Winning and retaining travel business by leveraging sales, technology, travel, and consulting expertise.
o Contribute to the sale of American Express products/solutions by providing technology sales support in a highly visible role.
o Candidate must be able to lead technical product presentations and discussions, product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and technical proposals to demonstrate American Express value to clients.
o Bachelor's degree preferably in technical field
o Strong understanding of workflow analysis, travel industry/online booking tools, and change management
o Technical competence and experience with IT service management tools, demonstrated success in a presales consulting role in Fortune 1000 accounts
o Experience with procurement and supply chain management
o Excellent customer and communication and presentation skills, strong sales & negotiation skills, resilience and resourcefulness when solving complex problems
o Ability to present proposals persuasively
o Willingness to travel extensively - 30%
o Excellent team skills and a winning attitude
o Develop and maintain working relationships with key internal stakeholders (Sales and Account Management)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
