Implementation Specialists are responsible for the successful deployment of the various components of Accertify's Interceptas fraud prevention platform. These responsibilities include:
o Project Management, Solution Definition/Design, and Configuration of multiple complex software implementation projects with the expectation of meeting and exceeding company-defined standards.
o Develop strong relationships with Customers to deliver exceptional service and ensure that expectations are exceeded. Implementation specialists typically spend about 3-4 months with our clients before handing them over to the client support team.
o As part of the implementation process, identify reusable/repeatable solution components and drive those back into the product and/or implementation process.
o Perform on-site Customer solution discoveries
o Perform on-site Customer training and troubleshooting after software is implemented.
o Act as a liaison between new Customers and Accertify internal departments including sales and technical development.
o Develop approaches and procedures to diminish project risk
o Job requires traveling to Customers' site
o Work closely with Accertify subject matter experts to evaluate and identify emerging technologies / fraud trends and adapt new approaches and features as needed.
o Define and perform testing of the final customer solution to ensure a high level of quality
o Develop and deploy fraud transaction screening rules and methodologies.

Required Skills/
Qualifications:
o Bachelors Degree and 2 years of software implementation and integration experience
o Ability to work with our customers to help them identify aggressive, but realistic project plans that envelope the entire solution, we well as negotiate and offer alternatives to the client on scope deviations
o Experience with Microsoft Project is required
o Experience and knowledge of OpenAir is a plus
o Previous experience with XML is a plus
o Good understanding of HTTP / HTTPS / SFTP is a plus
o Ability to work with technical team members to build dynamic project teams
o Ability to communicate with clients' staff at multiple levels including Software Integration, Project Management, and business level.
o Online Credit Card processing, chargeback, and fraud analysis experience is a plus
o This position supports government clients who may conduct their own background check which may include but is not limited to finger printing and a thorough criminal, credit and drug screening.
Offers of employment will be contingent upon successful candidates passing both the American Express and government client background checks.
Educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Additional: Computer Science related degree preferred Fraud Analysis background is a plus Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish language is a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
