Job Details:
Coordinates and manages daily operations. Develops and implements systems and services that meet and/or exceed performance standards (i.e., resident/patient satisfaction, visitor customer satisfaction, co-worker satisfaction). Provides effective leadership for Food and Nutrition Services staff. Focuses on training; developing and empowering staff to meet/exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications/Competencies:
ServSafe required within 1 year of hire
Associates preferred in Culinary Arts
3 years or more varied food service experience, previous supervisory and Hospital/LTC and food service experience preferred
Creative, strong customer service skills
Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Proficiency in a suite of Microsoft Office applications
