Hours: 40hrs; 8am-5pm
Job Details:
Minimum 3 years experience required
Responsible for supporting the operation of the organization's Desktop Computing environment.Troubleshoots PC's, Printers and Microsoft Office application problems, determining the cause and correcting the desk sideassistance and limited training for Desktop related issues.
Qualifications/Competencies:
CompTIA A
or Network
or comparable technical training certificate preferred.
MS Certified Professional (MCP), Help Desk Analyst (HDA) or other hardware/application support certification preferred.
Highschool diploma or general education diploma (GED) ortechnical training beyond high school preferred.
1 year experience preferred.
PC and Printer hardware maintenance, OTB Office productivity applications and fundamental network principles and skills preferred.
Good time management skills preferred.
Proficiency in a suite of Microsoft Office applications.
