Minimum 5 years experience required
This pivotal HR role supports MGH leaders in creating and maintaining highly effective work teams in which employees are engaged and productive, and contribute to achieving the strategic goals of the organization. Provides leadership to the organization by identifying, anticipating, and responding to human resource needs for a variety of complex issues. Provides proactive employee relations, and educational services for the organization. Provides specific and honest feedback one-on-one and fosters the use of effective communication. Anticipates employee relations problem areas and works proactively to prevent them.
Qualifications/Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business Management, or related field required;Master's degree preferred.
Minimum five years' experience in human resources, training and organizational development, facilitation, mediation, organizational problem solving and communication strongly preferred - experience in a single area or a combination of these areas may be considered.
Demonstrated proficient presentation skills strongly preferred.
Proficiency in a suite of Microsoft Office applications preferred.
