The Dedicated Account Representative will support Client Management leaders and customer contacts on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, facilitating, compiling and overseeing execution of action plans, supporting client in the resolution of any servicing, online or technology issue, tracking and assisting in the execution of the business plan including a monthly review of KPI's, P&L and assisting with settlement statements. Data support will include managing monthly reports as well as ad hoc data requests. Interact and support client in special projects and day-to-day servicing requests such as Account maintenance, Policy review, crisis management and post trip reporting. Supports Client Management leaders by providing data and KPI's for the production of annual and quarterly business reviews, assists with project management and analytical analysis. Assists the client manager in creating compelling and professional presentations ensuring visual identify standards are used.
Other Responsibilities include:
o Support Online Booking Tool Site Administration functions.
o Research and analyze travel data to assess air and hotel policy compliance/strategy.
o Maintain monthly travel scorecard statistics for management
o Analyze monthly/ad hoc BU reports to determine travel spend, seek improved compliance, and cost saving opportunities
o Analyze and collate global travel data reports for further analysis and review
o Provide forecast and trending analysis for various travel reports
o Assists with monthly American Express statement reconciliation
o Prepare scheduled and ad hoc travel reports from Axis@Work system
o Track airline debit memos and analyze root cause related to airline fare rules
o Manage terminated employee purging from travel profile system
o Assist Travel Manager with Portal support

The Ideal Candidate will possess the following:
o Exceptional PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook skills
o High proficiency utilizing Axis@Work, On-line Booking Tool and GDS are preferred
o Global support in a similar position and experiences is highly preferred
o Excellent understanding of travel related data
o Ability to analyze & assess raw data to draw meaningful conclusions
o Interaction and communication with diverse working styles, ability to build and leverage strong working relationships
o Strong Project Management and organizational skills; Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands to meet deadlines
o Adaptation to change and new direction on short notice
o Ability to handle escalated customer service issues, working closely with Service Delivery Network (SDN)
o Functional knowledge of PTA
o Ability to balance compliance with company initiatives
o Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Due to the business needs, this position requires flexibility in shift; hours are operations are Pacific Time.

Dedicated work space must be within own residence and that follows the ergonomic and safety guidelines for performing travel counselor duties
Axcess@Home Agent is responsible for supplying their own furniture; desk with lockable drawer or separate lockable file cabinet, chair, document shredder, smoke detector in proximity of work area, and fire extinguisher
Axcess@Home Agent must complete Flexible Work Arrangement Application and Agreement
Axcess@Home Agent must complete and meet the requirements of the Work Environment and Safety Assessment

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
