Description:
Strong interpersonal & professional customer service skills.
Able to be self-directed with good time management.
Experience with SW, PC, HW support and specialized installs
Windows 7 experience REQUIRED - 2-3 years of experience.
Able to maintain SLA's, keep up with ticket/log system workload, and well organized.
Typical troubleshooting issues: slow pc, viruses, malware, reimage pc, recover data, load applications, and use tools to fix issues.
Some travel is required, .44/mile - travel policy very specific.
Business casual attire.

Windows XP, 7, MAC operating systems (Required 3 Years)
Team Viewer (Required 2 Years)
SCCM - imaging sw (will train) (Required 2 Years)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
