CSG is currently seeking a full-time Program Coordinator with excellent communication and organizational skills to work as part of our Augusta, Maine-based team and in support of Efficiency Maine. The Program Coordinator will provide administrative support within the office and programmatic support to the general public, program contractors and other interested stakeholders.

Working under the direction of the Senior Program Manager, the successful candidate will:
Accurately enter data associated with high volume of Efficiency Maine rebate claim requests ( 750/month).
Maintain and organize both paper and electronic documentation associated rebate claims.
Print out and organize incoming paperwork.
Communicate with homeowners and contractors on as-needed basis to resolve various rebate processing-related issues (incomplete requests, non-compliance with program guidelines, etc.)
Review weekly rebate check runs to ensure accuracy. Correct entries in database when necessary.
Provide programmatic information and support to the general public and program contractors regarding current program guidelines, incentives and requirements.
Maintain information on program contractors including documentation related to meeting insurance requirements, proper certification, and proper completion of the program participation agreement.
Assist with day-to-day financial management of the programs, including oversight and tracking of non-rebate-related Accounts Payable submissions.
Assist with preparation of monthly client bill.
Track, order and maintain office supplies.
Interact with client for a variety of activities and reports as needed.
Identify risks or problems with current processes and procedures and recommend changes.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree, preferably in business/finance or related field.
Experience managing Accounts Payable and/or Account Receivable accounts.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Ability to utilize database and tracking systems.
Knowledge of and experience with finance, accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting procedures
Ability to analyze and interpret programmatic, operational, and financial data
Experience preparing reports, statements and/or projections.
Customer service skills, including ability to listen and understand concerns about program operations and to suggest solutions.
Ability to work within a team, and to take initiative while maintaining excellent reporting.

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
