Hours: 36 hrs/week; 645a-715p; every other weekend & holidays
Job Details:

Facilitates the provision of patient care by performing specific tasks and support functions as delegated and supervised by the Registered Nurse.Keeps patient necessities in reach.Delivers care in an organized manner.Respects patient privacy in all activities.Reports malfunctions equipment/unsafe situations.Reports and records observations.Obtains and records temperature, pulse, respiratory rate and blood pressure.Obtains and records height and measures and documents intake and output.Documents patient information per policy.Documents patient stated pain level.Assists with bodymovement and ambulation.
Qualifications/Competencies

Must be listed as active on the State ofMaine CNA Registry.

BLS certification is required within 3 months of hire.

High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) preferred.

12 hours of relevant continuing education required annually to maintain CNA registration.

Up to 1 year of CNA experience preferred.

Must have the ability to work independently,effectively manage time and good problem solving skills,

Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Must have the ability to react calmly, objectively and effectively in emergency situations.

Must have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in a suite of Microsoft Office applications

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
