Purpose of the position
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system. Answers phones and emails with effectiveness, and stays professional to customers at all times.

Responsibilities & duties
?Answering phones; replying to emails; scanning or filing documents when needed; make appointments and covers all client calendars so there are no over booking. Work meticulously with every assignment that is given to you, and able to work alone at most times. Great typing skills and multi-tasking skills a must. Knowledge with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word a plus.

?Requirements:
Must have high school diploma or GED, typing skills, ability to multi-task, can work under pressure in order to meet deadlines, must be upbeat and energetic on the phone, and some experience a plus but not necessarily a requirement.
