Description:
This contractor will be traveling at least 50% of a 40 hour work week with most of the travel being within the Southern part of Maine with the possibility of expanding to the Northern region in the upcoming months. This contract consists of manual labor and there is heavy and repetitive lifting involved as this contractor will be delivering computers and computer equipment and will be responsible for loading/unloading/transporting the equipment from the van they'll be driving. This contractor will be assigned a vehicle (van) for use during their scheduled work hours and therefore a clean driving record is required. When the contractor is not traveling they will be stationed in Augusta, Maine.
SKILLS:
Clean driving record required
Fingerprint Screen required
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Daily travel within Maine required; no overnights
Strong interpersonal & professional customer service skills
Must be self-directed with good time-management
Experience with SW, PC, HW support and specialized installs
Windows 7 experience REQUIRED - 2-3 years minimum
Able to maintain SLA's, keep up with ticket/log system workload, and well organized
Typical troubleshooting issues: slow pc, viruses, malware, reimage pc, recover data, load applications, use tools to fix issues
Some travel is required, .44/mile - travel policy very specific.
Business casual attire.
Potential for shifts changes in the future to include nights/weekends
DEPENDABILITY IS A MUST!
Required / Desired Skills
Windows XP, 7, MAC experience helpful. (Required 3 Years)
Team Viewer (Required 3 Years)
SCCM - imaging software (will train) (Highly Desired 1 Years)
PC/laptop/tablets/phones/cameras/printers (Required 3 Years)
Footprints - ticketing system. (Highly Desired 1 Years)
MS Access - basic support. (Required 1 Years)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
