Granite Nuclear Services Segment is looking for self-starters with Microsoft Office skills to function as a Fatigue Management (WHR) Admin supporting our field management teams at nuclear reactor sites. Work is clerical in nature and organizational skills are
critical. Position is a variable contractor position spanning anywhere from 40-80 days.
Fatigue Management Admin Functions:
+ Supports and receives technical directions from the Fatigue Management Administrator or Site Leadership Team.
+ Provide necessary information to the Fatigue Management Administrator to be able to load individuals to the tracking software.
+ Load work schedules for individuals into tracking software. Monitor tracking system and schedules each scheduled work day to assure compliance.
+ Work closely with Project Managers, Fatigue Management Administrator, and site personnel to assure all Work Hour Rules are complied with and understood.
+ Run scheduled and ad hoc reports as required for customer and outage team. Obtain required daily documentation/confirmation of work performed.
+ Coordinate reports with customer and proactively drive the required end of outage reporting.Qualifications/Skills:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Previous Work Hour Rule/Fatigue Management experience
+ Nuclear industry experience required
+ Microsoft Office Skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access (use ? not programming)
+ Experience with web-based programs
+ Ability to multi-task, detail-oriented and organized
+ Deductive reasoning skills
+ Interpersonal Skills: communicates/interacts well with others
+ Adept in procedural compliance
+ Able to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
+ Ability to obtain site clearance at a Nuclear Power Plant (includes background investigation, psychological exam, and drug testing)
+ Position is 100% travel to customer sitesOther Information:Spring 2017 candidate will support both outages below.River Bend-1/9/2017-3/8/2017Quad Cities-3/14/2017-4/11/2017Per Diem while on Outage Assignment (not local to job): $130.00/day (Meals, Lodging & Incidentals - hotel booked by employee)Travel: Booked by employee. Flight & Rental Cars are reimbursed on weekly expense reportsTravel In Day: 8 hours of pay + $130.00/d Per DiemTravel Out Day: 8 hours of pay + $40.00 Meal ExpenseBenefits: No Benefits upon hire, eligibility reviewed each year based on hours worked (1560/yr to be eligible)Note: Selected employees hourly employees and will be paid for actual hours worked. This is not a full time position where employees are paid 52 weeks a year. The job is outage season based, where the work months are spring and fall. Typical months off are May-August. Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
