The Human Resources Generalist will perform the following duties:
RESPONIBILITY:
+ Maintain all Human Resources files with the utmost level of confidentiality
+ Assist Associates with HR, payroll and benefit questions
+ Ensure compliance with government regulations and corporate policy
+ Assist with recruiting, screening and hiring of prospective candidates
+ Prepares, sends, and tracks receipt of new hire paperwork. Follow-up with candidates and supervisors as needed
+ Conducts exit interviews and other off-boarding activities
+ Facilitate associate relation issues
+ Assist with payroll, time and attendance
+ Administer leave programs
+ Providing research and statistical information to Supervisory staff and analyzing the information
+ Assisting with compensation and classification issues

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience
4 to 6 years of human resource, payroll and or recruitment experience
Strong knowledge of Power Point, Microsoft Word and Excel
High attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
PHR Certification preferred
Ability to multitask, identify priorities and problem solve
Must hold a valid Driver?s License and able to travel within the states of Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
