Associate Presales Talent Consultant (United States)

We're looking for a
## Associate Presales Talent Consultant \(United States\)
The Associate Presales Talent Consultant position will work collaboratively with Cornerstone sales teams, client implementation teams as well as directly with clients\. The Associate Presales Talent Consultant will assess the business requirements and technology needs of client and create the appropriate integration and standard implementation proposals and statements of work which ensures customers successfully implement and adopt Cornerstone talent management solutions\. This position provides unlimited growth and mobility potential and an opportunity to join our fast growing Client Success organization\.
Responsibilities
+ Access the needs of client and develop a consulting statement of work and price proposal for integration and standard implementation of Cornerstone software
+ Identify and discuss options for integrating historical and third party data into the Cornerstone Talent Management solutions
+ Create standard implementation proposals and statements of work for Midmarket clients
+ Manage a high volume of support requests from the Cornerstone sales and service teams, to scope and document services statements of work\.
+ Engage Customers on scoping calls, Q&A calls, and general relationship building in the context of client acquisition or expanding an existing client?s use of Cornerstone Technology
+ Continuously learn and adapt new solutions and ideas and improve customer experience and success
+ Think outside the box \- bring new ideas forward in a positive, proactive way
Required Skills and Experience
+ B\.A\. / B\.S\. in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering Management or equivalent degree
+ Two years? work experience in technology, cloud computing, business process or professional consulting services
+ Excellent writing, communication and analytical skills are imperative
+ Grasp and communicate abstract concepts and ideas and clearly articulate written and oral solutions
+ Proven ability to focus, work effectively and independently and meet deadlines while calmly dealing with competing time projects
+ Ability to scope, analyze, propose and deliver solution complex technical integration and business process integrations
+ Outstanding service\-orientation and strong interpersonal skills that create positive relationships with colleagues and clients
+ Ability to travel approximately up to 20% of the time
+ Experience and knowledge of Single Sign On security is a major plus
+ Fluency in multiple languages is a major plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
