SUMMARY
The Boiler Technical Field Advisor (TFA) will manage on ?site project execution, including the maintenance, overhaul, installation, and erection of projects, to ensure high quality work is completed on time with zero safety incidents. This position will provide
technical guidance on troubleshooting methods.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Manage on site project execution, including maintenance, overhaul, installation and repair work
+ Manage and direct activities of employees, supervisors, and foremen to ensure high quality work is completed on time with zero safety incidents
+ Provide the preparation checklist, work schedule, work method, and list of required resources including tools and consumables
+ Provide all necessary reports including the customer field service report and project closing report and document lessons learned
+ Provide technical advice for troubleshooting and work methods of overhaul and installation including rigging plan, fit up, and welding procedures
+ Provide technical advice during erection period and ensure all equipment is installed properly
+ Conduct root cause analysis for any quality issues and establish corrective plans
+ Conduct thorough safety briefings for new or transferred employees and subcontractor personnel to ensure all team members understand and execute safety measures
+ Review and monitor EHS records to ensure that Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis, and Permit To Work (PTW) are available and implemented by all employees
+ Conduct plan inspections on site weekly at a minimum and take corrective actions or stop work if there are any unsafe conditions and practices observed
+ Review and monitor the near-miss record and ensure a corrective plan is implemented

+ Ability to prepare accurate reports containing findings and recommendations
+ Ability to perform a wide variety of duties and responsibilities with accuracy and speed under the pressure of time sensitive deadlinesEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
+ Bachelor?s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
