Job Summary:
The person hired for the position of Manager, Business Development will?.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Business Development Employee Management
Ensure the team is engaged, executing and staffed to deliver on expected results
Manage all human resource responsibilities, training, definition of success metrics and activities related to the team's success
Organization Alignment
Work with internal business leaders to ensure this team is aligned and driving value and success with synergy throughout the organization
Client Engagement
Takes responsibility for ensuring that this team is creating a dynamic, strong relationship and experience with defined clients
Business Leadership Participation
Participate on the Data Informatics leadership team and contribute to the team's success
Client Growth Strategy
Responsible for creating and executing on a strategy focused on large market penetration and growth with our solution, leveraging the HIS division resources to execute

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university in Business, Finance, or Business Administration or related field
Minimum of seven or more (7+) years of experience building and managing relationships at an executive level in healthcare
Minimum of five or more (5+) years of experience in the healthcare payer or provider setting with demonstrated results growing products and services
Minimum of five or more (5+) years of direct management with full human resource accountability
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree or higher from an accredited university in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Finance or Business Management
Key characteristics include strategic thinker, creative, assertive, collaborative, action-oriented, clear writing and messaging ability, fast learner, strong business acumen, outstanding influencing skills and excellent presentation skills
Broad knowledge of healthcare, population health, revenue cycle, clinical workflow, clinical outcome measures and/or healthcare IT industry and trends
Minimum of seven or more (7+) years managing a high performance team
Passionate, team player that energizes and leads others
High integrity and work ethic are expected and highly valued
Ability to work in an intense, fast moving business that delivers significant growth
Location: Remote
Travel: May include up to 75% domestic
Relocation: Is not authorized
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
