Job Summary:
The person hired for the position of Health Plan Solution Sales Executive will?.
Work with the sales organization to prepare, present and close sales in the value based care market. This person will be team oriented and able to work across multiple departments within 3M as well as prospective customers. Also will be challenged to keep up with the rapidly changing healthcare market and be partnered with key induvial on the 3M value based care team.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Subject matter expert on 3M PPS products and supports the sales team for both presentation and closure of sales by developing successful sales strategies and demonstrating solution offerings
Assists in the evaluation of data to identify target prospects and/or customers and assists the sales team in the development of presentations that fit each individual prospect's needs
Works with Product and Marketing Managers to both provide up to date market feedback from prospects as well as keep current on both current and future product features via the product roadmaps
Provides both internal and external education through a variety of venues including: 1 to 1's, Regional Meetings, Tradeshows, Webinars, etc.
Assists sales team in responses to sales opportunities such as RFI's, RFP's or proposal development

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
Minimum of five (5) years of combined experience in selling and/or delivering/implementing complex solutions across the healthcare industry
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the Health Insurance market place
Excellent organization, presentation and communication skills
Knowledge of Value Based Care market
Proven ability to communicate with decision makers throughout the healthcare landscape
Preference being given to the health plan market
Location: Field based (US)
Sales Territory: US
Travel: May include up to 50% domestic
Relocation: Is not authorized
