Title: Vice President, Business Development and Delivery
Reports To: VP, Professional Services Americas
Overview of Job Function:
The Vice President, Business Development and Delivery (?the VP?) will oversee the Professional Services organization?s as it relates to the development and delivery of diverse actionable intelligence software and consulting solutions. The VP will lead a team of regionally aligned executives within the Professional Services organization. The team is responsible for the selling and delivery of highly successful engagements aimed at maximizing the customer?s return on investment while maintaining a very positive customer experience resulting in high customer satisfaction results. The role is remote based, with a location preference of Alpharetta, GA.
In addition, the VP will be responsible for delivering and managing a specific annual quota in services revenue. This position partners closely with executive Sales, R&D, Customer Support and Strategic Operations leadership.
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
+ Demonstrated ability to partner with executives in peer positions to create Services strategies that are aligned with the overall enterprise strategy;
+ Interface with Executive Sales leadership and help grow the business through strong customer relationships in all regions by effective deployment of the regionally aligned teams;
+ Interface with Senior Executives within the Verint customer base to help develop strong partnerships between Verint and its customers;
+ Collaborate closely with key senior stakeholders across the enterprise to optimize the customer experience through all stages of the value chain;
+ Lead executive team through high profile customer opportunities and escalations;
+ Ensure adherence to the implementation methodology and make sure the team is deploying solutions in accordance with the established guidelines and standards;
Minimum Requirements:
+ Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience;
+ 10 years experience working in a Software or Services related field or position;
+ 15 years leadership experience to include at least 5 years previous experience in running a Services Practice in the software industry;
+ Strong financial acumen and experience managing to P&L;
+ Strong ability to lead effectively against financial targets and operational metrics;
+ Excellent presentation skills and ability to deliver business presentations to Senior Executives both internally and externally;
+ Outstanding leadership skills with a focus on change management and continuous talent development;
+ Ability to travel 50 to 75% of the time.
+ Excellent analytical and communication skills;
+ Excellent writing skills.
+ Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC and Social Security verification.
Preferred Requirements:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
